8 at 8
8 mile recovery run today with a very solid pace. The weather was perfect, and I finished well under 2 hours. This week, I will run from New Jersey and from home, in preparation for another 8 miler next Sunday.
Shins are fine. Legs are fine. Back is fine. I do have some pain on the left side of my waist, so I am giving it a good 3 days rest until I pick things up again on Wedsneday. So, it's a matter of putting my head down and continuing my training.
