Fleecing 3.4 miles

Very cold this morning. I believe it was in the upper '30's when I set out on my run this morning. I bundled up with 2 layers of cool max and a fleece on top, a neck warmer and fleece hat on top. My pace started out fine, but waned a bit at about mile 1.7, my lungs were burning a bit, so I slowed things up a bit on the return, walking two extra rep instead of the run. I love the cold weather, but my body obviously needed a bit of a break, and I am not taking any chances with just 2 weeks to go.

Sunday it's 8 miles at 8 again and then recovery from San Francisco and then home.

It's getting very exciting!
