Ho Hum
A ho-hum day today. 3 miles, but mostly walking. First 2 miles were good. Last one was walking. My ankles were hurting today. It was fairly hot, but not too hot.
Probably one more run for 3 tomorrow and then 6 miles from Fletcher's boat house along the C&O canal!
