First Post-Marathon Run
And a good one. 45 minutes on an unseasonably warm Fall day. Pace was good, but I certainly was a bit more tired on this run. I got in a good distance and my feet are healing nicely with their blisters. I plan to continue my individual runs during the week and run anywhere from 6-10 miles on Sunday until the Las Vegas Marathon on December 10th where I will be doing a 1/2 Marathon.
