December 18 and 19

Late to posting....

Both Monday and Tuesday were hard workouts indoors at the gym. 2 45 minute workouts on the treadmill.

first 5 minutes: 3.5
Then increasing .1 until my heart rate reached 149 (usually around 5.1)
Back down to 3.5 until I reached 135 heartbeat...repeat.
Usually came out to about 3.4 miles each day.
