Hannah's Helping Hand

About 130 golfers participated in "Hannah's Helping Hand" a charity golf tournament in honor of Hannah McNeal and to support the charity: "Growing Hope." It was a great outing that raised over $12,000. Hannah is a little champion. I have talked about her on previous blog entries, look for more in the future.



5 full days until the big race on Sunday. I ran another 3 miles in San Diego, and 8 more from home this past weekend, and I am feeling good.

Concentration this week on Water and Rest. One more run from Vegas tomorrow and that will be it.
